Ann Larson is a Certified Employment Interview Consultant who has coupled 20 years of expertise in educational publishing sales, marketing and training with an interview coaching certification to launch The Interview Experience.
Throughout her tenure, she held positions of Director of Marketing, Director of Training, Vice President of Strategic Sales and Vice President of Sales and Training. Ann’s responsibilities included interviewing and hiring all field employees, sales representatives, marketing directors, managers and service personnel.
She has written and created comprehensive corporate training programs, training videos, job descriptions, compensation plans, regional and national sales plans and performance reviews for one of the world’s largest publishers. Ann is an accomplished presenter who has conducted sales training, time management and organizational workshops throughout the country.
Ann has interviewed hundreds of business professionals of all levels and understands the challenges job seekers face in order to stand out and secure successful and profitable careers. Ann holds a certification as a national sales trainer through Carew International and is a certified employment interview consultant through Career Directors International.
